Great experience beginning to end. Foundation had settled  creating stairstep cracks in masonry, separation of brick from window casements, and some cracking visible in the drywall of affected rooms. Brandon who performed the initial inspection was friendly and respectable. Foundation Professionals provided  a timely quote and worked with me to tweek the plan, Joshua and his crew did an excellent job on the installation of helical piers and provided me with explanations on what they were doing as they completed each stage. TOP TIER TRUSTWORTHY Foundation Professionals of FL ..  Glenn Hollis (whose credentials & qualifications stretch around the corner) well explained how what we were seeing was NOT a situation that required any repair or reinforcement… [Much unlike Stable Foundation (of Fort White FL) who said we needed 6 piers to tune of ~$13K].  Which one would YOU trust?

Glen Hollis from Foundation Professionals of Florida was honestly amazing. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, attentive, and extremely professional. He took the time to walk us through the house, showed us exactly where the issue was, and clearly explained how it could be fixed. His attention to detail really stood out.

What meant the most to me was his honesty — he made it clear that the issue was actually much smaller than what others had made it seem, which was such a relief. Instead of scaring us or overselling, he focused on educating us and making sure we understood what was really going on. Glen made the entire experience feel trustworthy and stress-free. Glen Hollis came by and let me tell you. This man is such a treasure. He is so knowledgeable and his personality/charisma is bar none. What a sweet man. He really went above and beyond in determining if our foundation on a new house needed replacing, repairs, and what not.
