“After the devastating flooding that the Pensacola area experienced on April 29/30, we woke up to a washed out foundation undermining our home, driveway and backyard. We reached out to a local structural engineer who gave us the names of two companies. The first company came out and wanted us to sign for a partial job to be done immediately. We were a few of the fortunate families in the area that had flood insurance, and needed to wait for an adjuster to see the problems. When David Brown with Foundation Professionals came to our home, he put us immediately at ease. He talked with us and understood that the insurance adjuster had not been out, he did a completely through inspection of our damage and placed our minds at ease with his professional opinion of the stability of our home. We were fortunate that we could stay in our home, so many were not able to do that after the flood. David understood our need to wait for our insurance company to be in contact with us before work could really get started and did NOT pressure us into a panicked decision.
David stayed in contact with us throughout the process of waiting on the insurance adjuster and getting some answers. In our opinion, he went one step above by sending an FPI employee out to be with us when we had adjusters and others overlooking and taking pictures of the damage. Their professional opinion on how the repairs needed to be handled was a true blessing to us.
David was in contact with us and returned our calls to them even before we ever were in a signed contract with their company. Once we had our answers and approved to have the repairs made we contacted David back and asked them to please come make us whole again. They were able to rearrange some things on their schedule and get to us the following week.
Foundation Professionals of Florida showed up with a crew of great guys, they immediately got to work the very afternoon they got to our home. The crew, Jimmy, Randall, John and Sean (aka Bubba), were extremely polite, courtesy and above all professionals. They have returned our house into our “home” once again and we could not have asked for a better company or greater crew to help us through the devastation.”
THANKS TO ALL OF YOU,
John and Shasta Dixon
