Targeted Grout Injection
Concrete structures that have cracks or voids, are sinking or settling, or are otherwise showing signs of structural degradation are frequently repaired with targeted grout injection. Targeted grout injection can stop additional deterioration and prolong the life of the concrete structure by filling cracks and stabilizing the structure.
Prime Resin Products
The deep injection of polyurethane foam and other prime resin products into the soil behind the seawall can protect it from further damage. The foam expands to fill voids and hardens like a rock.
Seawall underpinning is commonly used in cases where the existing seawall is unstable, settling, or showing signs of failure due to soil movement, corrosion, or other factors. It involves using anchors drilled into the soil behind the wall being attached to the wall to adjust and support it.
A proper seawall drainage system helps to direct water away from the wall and prevent it from penetrating the structure or causing erosion. It allows the water to drain without the loss of soil.
Seawall reinforcing can be done through various methods, including adding additional materials to the wall, such as steel reinforcement bars or concrete, or by repairing and reinforcing the existing structure.
